Bonn, 08.06.2009. The Association of the Manufacturers of Bakery Ingredients (Der Backzutatenverband e.V.), Bonn/Vienna, will represent the interests of all exhibitors and manufacturers of bakery ingredients at iba 2009. “According to a current survey, our industry does not feel the economic crisis yet”, reports Bernd Dieckmann, Chairman of the Association and of the iba Advisory Board.
About 20% of the exhibitors occupying approximately 20% of the exhibition space will be from the bakery ingredients industry. They are looking confidently into the future and will present numerous innovations, product and marketing ideas to the customers from the bakery and cuisine field.
“According to the present exhibition data, we presume that this will be the largest iba ever within the 60 years that this leading international fair exists”, says Amin Werner, Managing Director of the Association of the Manufacturers of Bakery Ingredients.
